Bakeria oil based colours are perfect for colouring your cake ingredients The red oil based colour is perfect for adding vibrant colours to chocolate, buttercream, cake batter and sugar pastes but will also work in flower paste, modelling paste, royal icing, marzipan, pastry and much more.
Easily dye white chocolate, couverture and cake melts into a gorgeous red color by adding our food colouring for chocolate. Our oil dispersible food colouring are perfect to colour all kinds of white chocolate and candy melts products. For a vibrant, deep rich color use approximately 1-3 percent of coloring to the mass of melted chocolate. For small batches of chocolate simply squeeze a drop at a time and mix. Gradually adding more chocolate color, one drop at a time until the desired shade is achieved.
