This cream combines the airy texture of the famous Enchanted Cream with a natural strawberry flavour made from real strawberries. It is lighter than traditional buttercream while still being stable enough for cake decorating and piping.

Preparation:
- Mix 150g mix with 100ml milk and 100ml water
- Whip for approximately 3 minutes on high speed
- Ready to use immediately
- Store prepared cream in the refrigerator
- Briefly remix before reuse
One portion is enough for filling 2 cake layers and covering one Ø25cm cake or piping swirls on approximately 24–30 cupcakes.
