How to use the mouse cookie cutter:

1. Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, flower paste, or modeling material) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). Grease the mat with coconut oil or dust it with starch to prevent sticking.

2. Press the cutter into the material without pushing down the plunger. Gently move the cutter back and forth to cleanly cut the shape.

3. Place the cutter on your mat or a modeling board (sold separately). Then press the plunger down to imprint the design.
