How to use the dog cutter correctly:

1. Roll your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, flower paste, modeling mass) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). Grease the mat with coconut oil or dust it with cornstarch to prevent the sugar paste from sticking.
2. Press the cutter into the sugar paste without pressing the ejector (plunger/stamp). Gently move the professional cutter back and forth on the mat.
3. Place the cutter on your mat or a modeling board (sold separately). Press the ejector down to create the embossing.
4. Lift the professional cutter again. The cut motif will stay in the cutter. Now you can press the ejector to release the shape.
