How to use the hedgehog cutter:

1. Roll out your sugar paste (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling paste) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately). Grease the mat with coconut fat or dust it with cornstarch to prevent the sugar paste from sticking.
2. Press the cutter into the sugar paste without pressing the ejector (plunger/stamp). Move the professional cutter gently back and forth on the mat.
3. Place the cutter on your mat or modeling board (sold separately). Press the ejector down to create the embossing.
4. Lift the professional cutter again. The cut-out design will remain in the cutter. Now, press the ejector to release the design.
