The rose petal cutter set from PME consists of 3 different sizes of rose petals with an ejector and embossing. The cutters are suitable for making beautiful rose petals and flower petals from gum paste, fondant, modeling and modeling clay. The rose petals look especially great in a sugar flower bouquet. Ideal for decorating cakes, tarts and cupcakes. With the help of the cutters you can easily and effectively create beautiful decorations. The set contains 3 sizes: 25mm, 30mm and 40mm.
How to use the rose petal cutter correctly:
1) Roll out your sugar mass (fondant, marzipan, gum paste, modeling clay) thinly. We recommend a silicone mat (available separately) as a base. Grease the base with coconut oil or dust the base with powdered sugar so that the sugar mass does not stick.
2) Press the rose petal cutter into the sugar mass without pressing the ejector (plunger / plunger). Carefully move the professional cutter back and forth on the surface.
3) Place the cookie cutter on your mat or on a modeling board (sold separately). Press the ejector down to create the embossing of the sheet.
4) Lift the professional cutter again. The cut out rose petal is in the cutter. Now you can press the ejector to eject the rose petal.
