The cake pan can be heated up to 230°C in the long-term and up 250°C over the short-term. With the non-stick coating, this wonderful 30cm loaf tin gives you the perfect results.
Directions for Use:
Grease your PATISSE bakeware lightly before every use. Before using your bakeware the very first time, it's recommended to bake the mould empty for about 10 minutes in the oven with a temperature of about 180°C. To clean your PATISSE bakeware, rinse in warm water, wipe it with a cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
