The traditional tarte comes in a new dress thanks to the Rectangular Tarte Set. The kit is composed by two elements: six recangular rings 120x35x20mm and and a silicone mould made up 6 cavieties 107x23mm each to make a mousse or cream to lay over the shortcrust pastry. The rings are non-stick and stainless, the allow an homogenous baking and they are characterized by a high thermal stability.



These silicone mold and baking frame are resistant to freezing as to cooking. The silicone mould holds temperatures ranging from -60° C to 230° C, the perforated baking frames are heat resistant from -60°C to 180°C.
