This 5-piece professional modelling tool set from Dekofee have been developed with the help of international well-known cake designer Nicola Keysselitz. The tools have different options on both sides and are great for modelling. They are great for working with fondant, modelling paste, modelling chocolate and gum paste.

The Dekofee tool #1 is on one side a flat angled tool and on the other side a bone tool. The angled tool makes it possible to model even hard-to-reach areas in detail. The flat and softly rounded edge allows precise work. The bone tool is particularly suitable for soft indentations or for finishing transitions.

Dekofeel tool #2 has on one side a scalpel and on the other side a flat, round, angled tool. The scalpel is especially well suited for scribing the material. This results in soft transitions and the modelling compound is easily opened, which facilitates further processing with other tools. The edges of the flat, round, angled tool are somewhat sharper, so that small openings can be worked out. Especially when the material has to be lifted somewhat, as for example in the case of eye sockets.

The Dekofee tool #3 has on both sides a ball tool (1 mm and 1.5 mm). The small variants of the balltool are ideal for the elaboration of nose wings, buttonholes or other filigree details. The tool tips are very cleanly processed and smoothly polished, so that no interfering seams or burrs affect the work.

The Dekofee tool #4 is on one side a flat tool and on the other side a large spoon shaped tool. With the flat tip, structures can be worked out very well. The flat edges of the tool are rounded and allow for a clean working. With the large spoon-shaped tool tip slightly larger cavities can be formed. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of the oral cavity.

The Dekofee tool #5 is on one side a cone tool and on the other side a small spoon shaped tool. The cone tool is suitable, among other things, for the preparation of wrinkles, corners of the mouth or a strong, characteristic mimicry. Also great for assembly various parts. With the spoon shaped tool small curves, like the eye part, can be made.
