The fondant is already rolled to an even thickness of 3mm and is ready to use straight from the package. This saves valuable preparation time while still delivering a professional and smooth finish.

With a diameter of approximately 36cm, the fondant disc is suitable for cakes measuring 15–20cm in diameter with a height of 10cm or cakes measuring 20–25cm in diameter with a height of 7.5cm.

For best results, apply the fondant over a thin layer of ganache or buttercream. Simply place the fondant onto the cake using the protective foil, smooth it into position and remove the foil. Any excess fondant can be trimmed away easily.
