The Rainbow Dust edible gel colour Sapphire is a professional food colour if you mix it with your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream or batter. When colouring, add a tiny amount and add more if required to obtain a deeper colour.

How to use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead it until the colour blends. Knead it well till the desired colour. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of ready made product.
