The Chestnut Progel Food Colouring from Rainbow Dust is ideal to colour fondant, marzipan, sugarpaste, royal icing, cake dough and more. Just a small amount of ProGel food colouring to give your creations a deep rich colour. This means that the Rainbow Dust tubes last longer than regular food colouring.

Each gel is packed in a colour coordinated and clean-to-use plastic tube. The tubes contains a tamper evident seal under the screw top. Simply peel away and squeeze the gel out of the tube. No more messy containers making your tool box full of colour spots.

How to use: add the gel to the fondant or marzipan and knead it until the colour blends. Knead it well till the desired colour. Now the coloured fondant or marzipan is ready to use on your cake! The maximum recommended dosage is 3 grams per kilo of ready made product.
