LorAnn Gluten Free & Kosher Super Strength Lemon Flavor is a powerful flavorant also known as candy oil or candy flavor. These flavorings include oil and vegetable oil. The term candy oil refers to the fact that the flavor is concentrated and not diluted. These flavorings are three to four times stronger than extracts based on water and alcohol.

When substituting this flavoring oil for flavoring in recipes, use only ¼ to ½ teaspoon instead of a full teaspoon. The aroma is not lost during heating.
