Preparation:
Mix 500g of mix with 150g butter and 1 egg (50g). Chill the dough for at least 1 hour. Roll out to approximately 3mm thickness and cut out shapes. Bake at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for approximately 12 minutes until golden.
