How to make it:

You only need:

• 145 ml vegetable oil (e.g., sunflower oil)
• 2 eggs (size M)
• 100 ml milk
• 12 paper muffin liners

Step by step:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) top/bottom heat.
2️⃣ Mix baking mix, oil, eggs & milk with a mixer for about 2 minutes on medium speed.
3️⃣ Place muffin liners in a muffin tin & evenly distribute the batter.
4️⃣ Bake for about 20 minutes in the middle rack (toothpick test!).
5️⃣ Let cool & decorate with lots of sprinkles! 🎉
