Thanks to the Gingerman embosser the biscuit dough can be embossed so that you can bake up to 15 gingerbread cookies. Suprise your guests for dessert, coffee, tea or afternoon tea with homemade gingerbread cookies!

Simply mix 1 egg and 90g of soft butter to the cookie mix. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Roll the cookie dough out, flour the gingerman embosser and emboss with it the dough. Cut around the embossed edges using a knife. Preheat your oven to 180° C and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. Surprise friends and family for dessert, for coffee, tea or afternoon tea with homemade organic christmas tree cookies!
