Ruth chocolate moulds are made of food-grade plastic (PET), which is almost unbreakable. Following the customary chocolate-moulding procedures, they can produce figures having a very high gloss. For cleaning, only warm water (max. 40°C), without detergents; followed by thorough drying, is needed. Polishing of the moulds is not necessary. All required clamps are supplied with the moulds.
