One sachet is sufficient for 250 ml liquid. You can prepare it with water or enhance it with fruit juice, wine or sparkling wine to adapt flavour and colour to your creation.

Preparation:

1. Mix 1 sachet with 2 level tablespoons of sugar in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in 250 ml cold water or other liquid until smooth.
For canned apricots, peaches or plums add 3 tablespoons extra liquid. For cherries mix canned liquid and water in equal parts.
2. Bring to a boil while stirring and boil briefly. Immediately spoon the glaze from the centre outward over the fruit and allow to set.
