Metallic icing colourings are basically edible colours suspended in alcohol. When painted on to icing the alcohol quickly evaporates, leaving behind a stunning metallic lustre. For best results, use for fairly small detail by brushing and painting on to dry sugarpaste, marzipan or royal icing. This lustrous, quick drying paint is for surface application with a brush. It can be diluted with Rejuvenator Spirit.
