Sugarflair oil based colours are perfect for colouring your cake ingredients. The Velvet Rose Sugarflair oil based colour is perfect for adding vibrant colours to chocolate, buttercream, cake batter and sugar pastes but will also work in flower paste, modelling paste, royal icing, marzipan, pastry and much more.

The Sugarflair Oil Based Colour Velvet Rose makes colouring your cake ingredients easy. Because of the oil you can colour chocolate, buttercream, sugar paste and any fat soluble food ingredient. The colour is bake stable. The consistency is a little bit thicker than other oil-based colouring products, but this makes the Sugarflair user friendly.

Instructions: Shake well before use. Add a little food colouring at a time to achieve shade, but the colour does develop over time. Let it set for 1 to 2 hours to let the colour develop. You can always add more colouring afterwards. Let it set for a whole night to increase the intensity of the colour. Maximum usable dose is 3g/kg.

The oil based colour Velvet Rose is delivered in a bottle of approx. 30 ml. Store in sealed containers in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. The edible colour is kosher.
