Green Chocolate Food Colour. Easily dye white chocolate, couverture and cake melts into a gorgeous green color by adding our food colouring for chocolate. Our oil dispersible food colouring are perfect to colour all kinds of white chocolate and candy melts products. For a vibrant, deep rich color use approximately 1-3 percent of coloring to the mass of melted chocolate. For small batches of chocolate simply squeeze a drop at a time and mix. Gradually adding more chocolate color, one drop at a time until the desired shade is achieved.
