This SuperDrip is something special. Super Streusel SuperDrip Banana was developed together with Ross Antony – and the result is a wonderfully bright yellow cake coating with a delicious banana flavour.
Use it to transform simple cakes and desserts into colourful creations in no time. It looks particularly striking on chocolate cakes: chocolate + banana is a delicious combination, while the vivid yellow creates a gorgeous contrast against dark chocolate or chocolate buttercream. 🍫🍌
SuperDrip is a convenient cake coating supplied directly in a decorating bottle. Create classic drips around the edge of a cake, decorate larger areas or even make your own cake toppers.
Warm the SuperDrip in the microwave or in a warm water bath before use. Once completely fluid, apply it directly from the bottle.
For a thinner drip: Use immediately after heating.
For a thicker drip: Allow it to stand for a few minutes after heating so it can thicken slightly.
SuperDrip sets very quickly. When adding sprinkles, work in smaller sections so the decorations can adhere before the coating sets.
Important: Do not use more than 800 watts or heat for too long. Overheating may cause lumps, pale or grey streaks or prevent the SuperDrip from melting properly.
Important: Do not allow water to enter the bottle, as this can cause the SuperDrip to become lumpy.
You don't need to use all 300g at once. Allow the remaining SuperDrip to set again, close the bottle and store it in a dry, dark place at room temperature. Simply reheat it carefully the next time you want to decorate.
SuperDrip should not be stored in the refrigerator.
Unscrew the nozzle after use and wash thoroughly with hot water to remove any remaining coating. Alternatively, the nozzle can be cleaned in the cutlery basket of your dishwasher.
Important: Allow the nozzle to dry completely before replacing it on the bottle to prevent water from entering the SuperDrip.
If the nozzle becomes blocked, carefully clear it with a toothpick.
Small lumps can occur if the SuperDrip has become too hot or hasn't been kneaded enough during heating. If overheated, allow it to cool completely and then try warming it again in 10-second intervals, kneading thoroughly between each interval.
If a larger lump remains in the centre, carefully stir the coating inside the bottle with a long wooden skewer before warming it again in short intervals.
Bakeria Tip: 🍫🍌 Pair Banana SuperDrip with a chocolate cake and Super Streusel Schokonana. The vibrant yellow, chocolate elements and banana flavour make a fantastic combination.
