How to use the car cookie cutter correctly:

2. Press the cutter into the sugar paste without pressing the push-button (plunger/stamp). Move the professional cutter gently back and forth on the mat.
3. Place the cutter on your mat or modeling plate (sold separately). Press the push-button down to create the embossing.
4. Lift the professional cutter again. The cut design will stay inside the cutter. Now, you can press the push-button to release the shape.
