Melt in the microwave (max. 500W) or au bain-marie, stir until smooth and use as desired. No tempering required. If the melts thicken, simply remelt them again.

These blue melting drops are easy to melt in the microwave or water bath and can be used immediately – no tempering needed and no extra cocoa butter required. The Deco Melts offer a smooth texture that’s perfect for coating, dipping, and drizzling.

Need it thinner? Just add a few drops of vegetable oil. Want a thicker result? Add a little water – just keep in mind the Melts can’t be remelted afterward in that case.
