How to properly use the deer cookie cutter:
1) Roll out the sugar mass (fondant, marzipan, flower paste, modeling paste) thinly. We recommend using a silicone mat (sold separately) as a base. Grease the mat with coconut fat or dust it with starch to prevent sticking.
2) Press the deer cutter into the sugar mass without pressing the ejector (plunger/stamp). Move the professional cutter gently back and forth on the mat.
3) Place the cutter on the mat or a modeling board (sold separately). Press the ejector down to create the embossing.
4)Lift the cutter again. Now you can press the ejector to release the embossed shape.
