The FunCakes Acetate Roll is a foodsafe acetate foil. The acetate cake collar is are most often used for moulding mousse cakes and to work with chocolate. Use the plastic cake collar to make delicious jello ocean or jello island cakes! The foodsafe acetat is perfect to create awesome chocolate decorations. The Acecat-Roll measures 8cm x 20cm and can easily be cut for various purposes.

How to prepare a mould for a perfect cream cake:
Cut acetate to the required size. Start with cake at the bottom, put acetate inside and add a cream filling like bavarois or cheesecake. Allow to cool and set. Remove mould and acetate.

Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
