This practical set contains the four popular colours Blue Extra, Yellow Extra, Red Extra and Black Extra in extra concentrated professional quality.
Thanks to the highly concentrated formula, only a very small amount of colour is needed to beautifully tint fondant, buttercream, royal icing, flower paste, marzipan, cake pops and cake batters.
The EXTRA gel colours do not significantly alter the consistency of creams or icings, making them perfect for professional cake decorating.
These food colours can also be used for painting edible decorations or creatively colouring Easter eggs.
