This fantastic concentrated paste colour in kingfisher blue is perfect for colouring Royal icing for detailed piping work. It can also be used as a paint when mixed with a clear alcohol. The fabulous blue paste food colourings is perfect for colouring Sugar Paste or Royal Icing. The Food Colour paste by sugarflair colours are many times more concentrated than supermarket icing colourings. The professional pastes (sometimes also called gels) go a very long way and one 25g pot could easily last months or even years. For 1kg of cake and decoration you should not use more than 3g of Paste Colour.

This strong Icing paste colourings can be used by adding a tiny amount to petal paste, flower paste, sugarpaste, marzipan, royal icing, fondant, roll out icing, white chocolate or buttercream.
