To use, roll out your sugar paste to desired thickness (usually 2-3mm) and lightly dust the inside of your texture mat with icing sugar. Firmly press on paste and gently roll over with a rolling pin. Once your sugar paste is embossed, line up the cutter to cut out your shape and apply to your cookies or cupcakes.
