Clever Fold-Up Edge Design

Each Mini Cake Board measures 13 x 7.5cm when flat and features two scored lines along the sides. Fold the edges upwards along these lines to create a presentation area measuring 13 x 4.5cm with approximately 1.5cm high edges.

The raised sides make delicate desserts easier to pick up and transport while helping to minimise direct contact with the food. This is particularly useful for glazed entremets, individual cakes and delicate pâtisserie creations.

Rigid, Grease-Resistant & Freezer-Safe

The boards are made from sturdy 540g/m² recycled cardboard and are approximately 1.4mm thick. Both sides feature a smooth, food-safe PET coating that resists grease and moisture, making the boards suitable for creamy, glazed and moist desserts.

They can be used in the refrigerator and freezer at temperatures down to -40°C, making them ideal for frozen entremets and other desserts that need to be thawed before serving.
