This handy set from FunCakes contains five colours rolled sugarpaste with almond. The Marzipan like sugarpaste ist ideal for covering and decorating cupcakes, cookies and cakes. The sugarpaste with almonds is easy to process and perfect to roll out. The almondpaste is fine in texture and firm after rolling. If you want to lighten the color of your marzipan like sugarpaste you can mix the colored paste with some pale marzipan. You can also mix the colors themselves.

This halal and kosher certified almond-sugarpaste contains the following colours: Passion Red, Grass Green, Midnight Black, Aqua Blue and Golden Yellow. The almond paste is glutenfree.

To be able to cover a round cake with a dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20cm completely you need approx. 500 gram of almond-sugarpaste. Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
