Petal glue is a must in cake decoration! The clear edible glue is perfect for sticking details on to cakes, for holding together sugar flowers and for use on models etc. The tight screw top pot contains 60g.

This edible glue from PME is very useful when attaching parts of marzipan and/or fondant to each other, or directly onto a cake firmly. Apply the petal glue with a fine brush. Stir before use, store refrigerated in a dark space after opening. Always use a clean brush each time the bottle is opened. Not working with clean materials or storing incorrectly can reduce shelf life.
