Deep black for striking cake designs! đź–¤ Sugarflair Paste Colour Liquorice is particularly suitable for colouring fondant, marzipan and modelling paste. The concentrated, water-based paste can be used sparingly and gradually built up for a deeper shade. Due to its water base, it is less suitable for high-fat mixtures such as buttercream.
